I am excited to share my first Valentine’s Day post with a special feature and menu preview of Raleigh’s Brio Tuscan Grille. Whether you are celebrating with your significant other, friends or family there is no rush to get the coveted February 14th dinner reservation. Raleigh’s Brio Tuscan Grille at Crabtree Valley Mall will feature a special Valentine’s Day Menu, in addition to their standard menu, starting Friday, February 9th through Sunday, February 18th. The Italian Grille’s menu, available for both lunch and dinner, includes cocktails & bubbly, a starter, a choice of two entrées and a dessert.
Brio Tuscan Grille Menu – Drinks
The Brio Tuscan Grille cocktails and bubbly featured on the menu include a Sweetheart Martini, Prosecco Brut-Maschio and Brut Domaine Chandon. I sampled the Sweetheart Martini and it embodies everything Valentine’s Day should be – happiness & sweet-deliciousness! Raspberry Vodka, sour apple, sweet-and-sour are shaken and served in a chilled martini glass with a sugared rim. You and your date or Galentine are guaranteed to enjoy this lovely libation.
Brio Tuscan Grille Menu – Starter
The starter featured on the Brio Tuscan Grille Valentine’s Day Menu includes an Antipasti Bruschetta. Thinly sliced pepperoni, tomatoes, Mozzarella, pepperoncinis, Kalamata olives, basil, Parmesan and red wine vinaigrette delicately sit on top of a rustic Italian bread. I enjoyed this bruschetta because the bread was not overly toasted or hard to the point it almost scrapes your palate. You know what I am talking about, right? The tomatoes were fresh and flavorful and those Kalamata olives were on point. My guest and I devoured these as we sipped on our Sweetheart Martini.
Brio Tuscan Grille Menu – Entrees
There are two entrées featured on the special Brio Tuscan Grille Menu. They include the Lobster and Shrimp Scampi and the Bistecca Brio. Angel hair pasta is topped with oven baked shrimp, lobster, a lemon-white wine sauce, tomatoes and asparagus. Not only did I enjoy this dish because of the shrimp and lobster, but the sauce had a bit of a spicy kick – which I particularly liked.
Brio Tuscan Grille Menu – Bistecca Brio
The Bistecca Brio was my favorite entrée. The beef tenderloin was cooked to a perfect medium and it was incredibly tender – just like butter! Fried Romano tomatoes and Arugula accompany the beef tenderloin. Creamy horseradish and Chimichurri adorn the plate and were the perfect accompaniments that complement the bistecca. By the way, my dinner guest and I agree that the Fried Romano tomatoes were a welcome surprise in this dish.
Brio Tuscan Grille Menu – Dessert
A beautiful and delicious meal is not complete without dessert. I am telling you now – Make room for the Molten Chocolate Cake. The dessert is perfect for sharing and is topped with a white chocolate raspberry gelato and served with a side of Mascarpone cream and fresh raspberries. My dessert was topped with a candle which accelerated the melting of the gentle gelato, but I did not mind at all. I have been known to zap my ice cream in the microwave for a couple of seconds or two.
Whether you are celebrating love and/or friendship, Brio’s Valentine’s Day menu is great option – plus you can choose between ten days to book your reservation starting today Friday, February 9th through Sunday, February 18th. If you do want to take your sweetie or Galentine to Brio on Valentine’s Day, they still have some evening and lunch reservation times available, but they are sure to book quickly.

We ate at Brio in Cherokee for Valentines Day. I got the bone-in ribeye with espresso rub. Probably the best and most flavorful steak I’ve ever had. Hubby got the steak salad which is his favorite. You are right about the sweetheart martini; it was amazing.
