Wash cantaloupes. Cut off the rind. Cut the cantaloupes in half, remove seeds, and dice into bite sized pieces.
Optional: reserve 1 cup of cantaloupe bite sized pieces to use as garnish.
Using a blender, blend 2-3 cups of diced cantaloupe, 1/4 of the condensed milk, and two cups of chilled water.
Once the three items are fully blended, strain the agua fresca into a pitcher to remove the excess pulp. Discard the excess pulp.
Repeat steps 3 and 4 until all ingredients have been fully blended.
Pour the agua fresca into a pretty pitcher or carafe. If you do not drink the agua fresca immediately, refrigerate.
Serve the agua fresca in clear drink glasses to show off its beautiful hue. Add a couple of ice cubes and bite size pieces of cantaloupe into each glass. Mint is also a lovely garnish that can be used. Enjoy your agua fresca de melon!
