Ingredients
  

  • 3 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 4 Poblano Peppers
  • 4 Jalapeño Peppers
  • 1 tsp Sea Salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°.
  • Clean and dry poblano and jalapeño peppers.

  • Place the peppers on a large baking pan. The pan should be big enough so that the peppers do not overlap each other.
  • Drizzle approximately 3 tbsp of olive oil on the peppers. Sprinkle 1 tsp of sea salt on the peppers.
  • Roast peppers in the oven for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and voila, your peppers are ready to incorporate into your favorite recipe.
