Preheat oven to 400°.
Clean and dry poblano and jalapeño peppers.
Place the peppers on a large baking pan. The pan should be big enough so that the peppers do not overlap each other.
Drizzle approximately 3 tbsp of olive oil on the peppers. Sprinkle 1 tsp of sea salt on the peppers.
Roast peppers in the oven for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and voila, your peppers are ready to incorporate into your favorite recipe.
