Cook one 14 oz package of Gorton's Popcorn Shrimp as directed on the package.
In a small sauce pan, add one cup of Sweet Orange Marmalade and place on medium heat for 5 min. For purposes of this recipe, I used SMUCKER'S, however, you can use your favorite Sweet Orange Marmalade for this sauce.
After the marmalade's consistency has reduced to a sauce, add one tablespoon of Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce to the Sweet Orange Marmalade and stir thoroughly using a fork or small whisk. Cook an additional 5 minutes and remove from the heat.
Once the 14 oz package of Gorton's Popcorn Shrimp is completely cooked, place the hot shrimp in a large bowl. Gently toss the hot Spicy Orange sauce to coat the shrimp using a large spoon. Now you are ready to serve the Spicy Orange Shrimp as an appetizer, or as an entrée a top a bed of sticky rice or some beautifully leafy greens. Garnish the Spicy Orange Shrimp with toasted sesame seeds or finely sliced scallions. I hope that you enjoy this recipe as much as I do.
